Supply Inventory Management

The Supplies page tracks your inventory of shoes, nails, tools, pads, and consumables with automatic low-stock alerts.

What you can track:

Current stock quantity and unit cost

Reorder point (the level at which you should reorder)

Supplier name and contact

Category (shoes, nails, tools, pads, therapeutic, consumables, specialty)

Low-stock alerts: Items at or below their reorder point are flagged in the dashboard and the AI assistant can list them on demand.

Inventory tips:

Set reorder points based on your weekly usage rate

Stock up before busy seasons (spring, when shoeing cycles shorten)

Track cost per job to understand your true profit margins

Keep a small emergency supply of common sizes in your truck at all times

Ask the AI: "Are any supplies running low?" to get an instant check.
