Managing Your Daily Schedule

The Schedule page shows all your upcoming appointments organized by date. Each job card shows the horse name, client, barn location, service type, and time.


Key features:

  • View jobs by day, week, or month
  • See service type and estimated duration for each appointment
  • Track job status: scheduled, in-progress, completed, cancelled, no-show
  • Jobs are color-coded by status for quick scanning

    • Schedule tips:

  • Group nearby barns on the same day to minimize drive time
  • Schedule corrective or difficult horses early when you are freshest
  • Allow 15-30 minutes of buffer between barn stops
  • Check your schedule the night before so you can load the right supplies

    • Ask the AI assistant "What's on my schedule today?" for a quick summary.
