Managing Horse Records

The Horses page is your central database for every horse you service. Each record includes breed, age, hoof condition, shoeing type, cycle length, and service history.


What you can track per horse:

  • Breed, age, weight, and temperament
  • Current hoof condition rating
  • Shoeing type (barefoot trim, front shoes, all four, corrective)
  • Trim/shoeing cycle length in weeks
  • Next service due date
  • Notes on conformation, sensitivities, or special requirements
  • Photo comparisons of hoof condition over time

    • Overdue indicators: Horses past their scheduled service date are flagged automatically. The AI assistant can list all overdue horses on demand.


    Pro tip: Add detailed notes after each visit. Future-you will thank present-you when you arrive at a barn and can review exactly what you did last time.
