How to Use the AI Assistant

The FarrierIQ AI assistant is available on every page via the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner. You can also open it with Cmd+J (Mac) or Ctrl+J (Windows).


What the AI can help with:

  • Look up horse records, client info, and invoices from your database
  • Answer questions about your schedule and upcoming appointments
  • Identify overdue horses and unpaid invoices
  • Check supply stock levels and reorder needs
  • Provide farrier business advice and pricing guidance
  • Explain any feature on the platform

    • Tips for getting the best answers:

  • Be specific — "Show me overdue horses" works better than "horses"
  • Ask follow-up questions — the AI remembers your conversation within the session
  • The AI reads your live business data, so answers are based on your actual records

    • On tool pages, the AI has extra context about the tool you are using and can interpret your results.
