Is FarrierIQ free?

The free farrier tools (cost calculator, angle calculator, etc.) are available to everyone without an account. The full dashboard with scheduling, invoicing, and business management requires an account.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your business data is stored securely and is only accessible to you. Tool calculations on the public pages are performed in your browser and are not saved unless you are logged in.

Can I use FarrierIQ on my phone?

Yes. The dashboard and tools are designed to work on mobile devices so you can check schedules, look up horse records, and create invoices from the truck.

How does the AI assistant work?

The AI assistant reads your live business data (horses, clients, invoices, etc.) and can answer questions, look up records, and provide recommendations. It does not share your data with anyone.

How do I get help?

Use the AI assistant (chat bubble, bottom-right) for instant help, browse this Help Center, or contact support at support@farrieriq.com.

Can the AI assistant schedule appointments or create invoices?

Currently the AI can look up and summarize your data. Invoice creation and scheduling are done through the dashboard interface.
